Have been licensed as a salesperson, with real estate as a principal occupation for 24 consecutive monts within the past 36 months immediately preceding applicaiton
Post Licensing and Continuing Education:
All new licensees are required to complete 30 hours of post licensing education within 12 months of initial licensure. This is in addition to the 20 hours of continuing education that must be completed every 2 years in order to renew a license.
